Working with Gibson Timber Frames

Gibson Timber Frames will work with you or your contractor and provide you with the frame you imagine. Typically, we work with new pine, oak, douglas fir, and re-claimed re-sawn timbers. We also have a great deal of experience re-using 19th century hewn frames that we can re-erect for new homes.

We offer technical drafting services. We can do timber drawings to complete any architectural work that you may be doing, and we can consult on any plans where timber framing is being considered. We have a list of designers and architects as well as contractors who we work with for any further needs. To aid planning and visualization, we can construct a scale model of your home from your plans.
