Traditionally built as country homes, carriage houses and small barns, the Holliford is a classic timber frame style of Eastern Ontario. This frame maximizes its loft space by using common rafters on a 12/12 pitch. The Holliford can be used for a cottage, addition, back yard studio or home. Dormers can be added to the Holliford if additional windows or an increase in loft space is desired.
